In today's Paris Live, we start with the COP 25 climate summit which opens in Madrid, Spain on Monday. Spain’s acting prime minister Pedro Sánchez called on delegates from 200 countries to be courageous and to unite against “humanity’s common enemy”.

We'll have a special focus on how France intends to deal with the issue of violence against women, having issued a raft of new measures which came from a three month consultation period.
