About 700 people gathered in Paris Wednesday for a national conference on disability. In 2007 President Nicolas Sarkozy promised to improve access for the disabled and the education of handicapped children. Today we meet Hugo, an autistic boy, and hear about the challenges his family has to keep him in public school.
