French-based British author Stephen Clarke has just published a book called "A thousand years of annoying the French". The claim is put to two French experts, Jean Claude Sergeant from the Sorbonne University and Philippe Moreau de Farges from the French Institute for International Relations, who are asked whether we can look forward to another thousand years of arguments.
