US fears about Eurozone contagion

As EU leaders gathered in Brussels for a European summit, prospects for a sustained global economic recovery were still overshadowed by the Greek debt crisis. But figures out this week showing that US unemployment is at a four-year low suggest that the world's largest economy is on a more solid recovery path, though there are still fears of contagion. RFI spoke to an American economist about the prospects of the US being contaminated by Europe’s woes.
