German election series part 1 - Alternative for Germany

On Sunday Germany will elect a new parliament. Even though Chancellor Angela Merkel is likely to stay in office, her opposition could look very different. A new party looks set to move in. They call themselves the Alternative for Germany (AfD) and oppose the euro… a project Merkel supports 100 per cent. Thanks to the euro crisis the AfD is gaining support.
