Survivors from GermanWings crash in French Alps 'unlikely'.
None of the 148 passengers and crew aboard the GermanWings Airbus A320 which crashed in the French Alps on Monday morning is likely to have survived.

The plane was flying between Barcelona in Spain and the German town of Dusseldorf when it signalled distress at 10.47 on Monday morning.
The French interior ministry says debris has been found in the Barcelonette area of the French Alps, south west of Dignes.
The plane crashed in a part of the Alps where there are few roads. Helicopter search and rescue teams have rushed to the area, according to French president François Hollande.
In a short television address, he expressed his sympathy to the families concerned, declaring that “conditions suggest there will be no survivors.”
The French president said he would send his sympathies to German Chancellor Angela Merkel today and express his sadness to Spanish King Felipe VI. The Spanish King was to begin a 3-day state visit to France today.
