Igor Dodon wins Moldova presidential election

Pro-Russia candidate Igor Dodon has been elected as the new President of Moldova. He takes over from President Timoftai who has supported European Union sanctions on Russia, and he defeated the pro-Europe candidate, Maia Sandu.
