Pedestrian zone in Belgium: Brussels vs Ghent

In 2015, Brussels City Hall pedestrianised 48 hectares of the centre. Since then, a series of law suits, dysfunctional politics and disgruntled local traders and residents have brought the whole thing to a halt. But just 35 miles away, in the city of Ghent, its 20-year-old pedestrian zone has been such a success they've decided to expand it this year. Correspondent Don Duncan has more on a Belgian tale of two cities.
