Singer Keziah Jones accuses Paris police of harassment
Nigerian singer Keziah Jones claims on his Facebook that he was jostled and searched by French police at Paris’s Gare du Nord station on Wednesday before being taken to a police station for 45 minutes of questioning. He was later released.

Jones, who was on his way back from the German city of Cologne where had given a
concert on Tuesday night, says he was the only one of 600 passengers on the train to have been apprehended by the police.
He has posted two photos of the incident on his Facebook page and received dozens of message of support from fans who criticised what they says is an example of racial discrimination by French police.
Jones made his name as an artist after he was discovered singing on the Paris Metro in 1991. He returned underground in 2008 to launch an album.
