The United Nations estimates one third of the world’s food is wasted every year. The French government wants to cut wastage in half, though that means navigating a complex industry. In the first of two reports, RFI follows a group of food activists - Disco Soupe - to the world’s biggest wholesaler, Rungis International Market in the southern Paris suburbs.
