Under an innovative scheme in France, five homeless people have been given smartphones with a twitter account so they can tweet about life on the streets from the inside. Tweets-de-rue (Street tweets) was launched for a 6-month trial period. And despite initial criticism of the project, it's proving successful and is set to continue.
