France is at war, at least according to French Prime Minister Manuel Valls who was speaking after the attack in Nice that killed 84 people. In this week's Spolitght on France, RFI's Fabien Jannic-Cherbonnel looks at how French people are learning to live in a country which has lived through seven attacks since 2014.
