Parisians come together to help migrants
It has become an unfortunate yearly cycle: with the rise of summer temperatures, there is an increase in the number of migrants showing up in Paris.
They set up tents and mattresses on the streets, as authorities struggle to process their asylum claims and find them temporary housing.
In the meantime, to accommodate the growing numbers, it has fallen to NGOs and individuals - many of them residents of the capital - to cover day-to-day needs: food, information and basic support.
