Some 30,000 people pour through the doors of Notre Dame de Paris every day to marvel at what's considered a stunning example of French Gothic architecture. But centuries of wind, rain and pollution have taken a heavy toll on the 850-year-old dame and bits are quite simply falling off. RFI went to have a look and find out about the extensive renovation work in the pipeline - providing 100 million-plus euros can be raised.
