Iran launches video-sharing website in bid to rival YouTube

Iran says it has launched its own video-sharing website, to rival You Tube. The site, called Mehr, says it aims to promote Iranian culture. Iran has censored Google's You Tube since 2009, and has systematically tried to stop its citizens from using social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter. RFI spoke to Aaron Rhodes, a human rights expert, who says this is yet another attempt at censorship by Iran.
