Marginalised nomadic group in Libya celebrate their culture

Marginalized under the regime of former Libyan leader Moamer Khadafi, the Tubus now want their rights to be included in the soon-to-be-drafted constitution. For the first time, the Black semi-nomadic group spread between Southern Libya, Niger and Chad has organised a festival celebrating its culture and its heritage. RFI was in Murzuq, in Libya's south west, where the festival took place recently.
