Nobel Peace Centre ends its partnership with Fifa
Fifa suffered a further blow on Monday when the Nobel Peace Centre in Oslo announced that it will end its partnership with football's world governing body which has been under investigation for corruption.

The Nobel Peace Centre and Fifa had been partners in the 'Handshake for Peace' initiative between team captains and officials since 2012. But on Tuesday, in light of the wave of scandals Fifa is involved in, the Nobel Peace Centre has decided to end their co-operation.
Fifa issued a statement saying they were "disappointed and that they were reluctant to accept this unilateral approach on what is a joint initiative between the football community and the Nobel Peace Center (NPC)." The statement further said "this action did not embody the spirit of fair play."
This comes right after the global police organisation, Interpol, pulled out of a 20 million euro deal with Fifa to promote integrity in sport last Friday.
It has emerged that Chuck Blazer, a corrupt Fifa official, has been working undercover for investigators for 18 months while being a member of the world football governing body's executive committee.
Details of that agreement have been revealed after a judge agreed to a request by five media groups. The document shows Blazer was secretly co-operating from December 2011.
Blazer, who was on Fifa's executive committee from 1997-2013, struck a deal with prosecutors in the United States after pleading guilty to charges of bribery, money laundering and tax evasion.
