The craze for organic food has hit France and it is spreading from dinner plates into wine glasses. Organic wine is also growing in popularity and producers are responding accordingly. Vineyards around the country are making the transition from conventional agriculture to more natural practices. Organic producers at the annual Independent Winemaker’s Salon in Paris comment on the challenges of "going organic".
